Who’s Who in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Cast

The concept of video games having a voice cast is not a new one, but since voice acting came to be a thing expected in video games, it’s become a draw for professional voice actors and Hollywood actors alike. Following Infinity Ward’s announcement of a soft reboot of Modern Warfare, some have been wondering who exactly will be voicing this installment in the Call of Duty franchise.

Barry Sloane as Captain Price

Captain Price has been a centerpiece of every game in the Modern Warfare series. However, with this soft reboot of Modern Warfare, Captain Prince will come voiced by Barry Sloane. While you may not be familiar with Barry Sloane’s film credits such as “The Mark of Cain” or “Penthouse North”, you may know him on the television show “Revenge” as Aiden Mathis.

Chad Michael Murray as Alex

Not much is known yet about the Alex character in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare other than he will be voiced by Chad Michael Murray. Murray is not someone you may know outside of Hallmark or direct-to-video movies, nor is he a big name on television. Hopefully, his work on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will put him on the map.

Claudia Doumit as Farah Karim

Farah Karim will be a freedom fighter commander in the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game. She will be voiced by Claudia Doumit, known for her role as Jiya in the “Timeless” television show. However, this won’t be her first credit as a video game voiceover as she previously played some voices in Disney Infinity 3.0.

Elliot Knight, TBA

Elliot Knight is known for roles in television shows such as “American Gothic”, “Once Upon a Time”, and “Sinbad.” However, while he has been confirmed for a role in the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare game, his role is still unknown.

Aidan Bristow as Haider Karim

Aidan Bristow will play Haider Karim, the brother of Farah Karim. Aidan Bristow is no stranger to voicing video games. He has credits in Dead Rising 3 and Anthem. He was recently credited as a regular in a television show called “L.A Macabre.” He seems to be a very busy actor, but that must mean he’s good. Hopefully, he brings us an immersive experience as a character in Modern Warfare.

Jason Anthony as Otter

There’s no information on Otter other than they’re being voiced by Jason Anthony. Jason Anthony is another who has some video game credits to his name. He’s voiced in World of Warcraft, Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, and Total War: Warhammer II among others. Whoever Otter is (hopefully it won’t be the actual mammal), we’re sure the character is in good hands with Jason Anthony.

Since we’re all so pumped up with COD-adrenaline, we decided to have a good o’ review of this beautiful game!

As we look forward to the finalization of the cast, and eventually, the game itself, let’s look back on all the titles in the Call of Duty franchise, and perhaps choose for ourselves which ones are our favorites.

While we wait for the release of the Modern Warfare reboot, let’s also hope we get a battle royale mode for console titles. Let’s hope hard, though!
